How to Play –

Complete the action in a square and mark the square, either digitally or physically.
Take a photo.
Post your marked board and photo on Instagram (no stories, no private accounts) and mention @corestaurants, #corestaurantbingo, and specify the restaurant (mention, location tag, or comment) to be entered in our weekly drawing. One entry per square. Your first post also counts toward the free center square!
Complete a bingo (5 squares in a row — up, down, or diagonal) to qualify for the final drawing. Submit your bingo by posting the marked board and 5 photos that prove corresponding squares, and mention @corestaurants, #corestaurantbingo, #bingo, and specify the restaurants (tag, location tag, or comment). One entry per row.
Blackout gets five additional entries in final drawing (in addition to 12 bingos, for a total of 17 entries). Post blackout board and 9 photos that prove corresponding squares, and tag @corestaurants, #corestaurantbingo, #blackout and specify the restaurants (tag, location tag, or comment).
Each restaurant visit counts toward 1 square — no doubling up.
No duplicate square, row, or board entries.
Marked squares and photos must correspond to restaurants located in Colorado. Restaurants outside the state do not count.
All entry photos must be owned by the original poster.

Note: Any dish purchased at a matching themed restaurant counts as that themed dish.

Relevant Pepsi products include – Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Sierra Mist, Mug Root Beer, Brisk Iced Tea, Sobe, Stubborn Soda, Bang or Rockstar energy drinks, Aquafina, Gatorade, Bubly, and Life Water.

2. ALTERNATIVELY, on a piece of 3″ x 5″ paper, print your name, complete address (no P.O. Boxes), daytime phone number, email address, and date of birth. Mail this with a photo of you in front of a Colorado restaurant to: Colorado Restaurant Association attn Bingo, 430 E. 7th Ave., Denver, CO 80203. No mechanically reproduced or photocopied entries accepted. Enter as often as you wish, but each entry must be mailed separately in a stamped envelope. 1 entry enters you into weekly drawing; 5 entries give you 1 entry for grand prize drawing. Entries become the property of sponsor and will not be returned. Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. September 21, when the sweepstakes ends. Limit 60 entries per person, which will gain 60 total entries into weekly drawings, plus 17 entries into grand prize drawing (includes five-entry bonus).
Contest runs 12:01 a.m. MDT June 16, 2020 – 11:59 p.m. MDT September 21, 2020
ELIGIBILITY: Open to residents of Colorado, 21 years of age and older as of 12:01 a.m. June 15, 2020, except for employees of the Colorado Restaurant Association (“Sponsor”), the Colorado Tourism Office and participating retailers, their affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies (collectively “Promotion Parties”), and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. Void where prohibited.
DRAWING: A random drawing for weekly prizes will be conducted by sponsor each Monday from June 22, 2020-September 21, 2020.
A random drawing by sponsor for grand prize items will take place on or about July 3 (2 grand prizes), August 7 (2 grand prizes), September 4 (2 grand prizes), and September 22 (2 grand prizes). Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Potential winner[s] will be notified by mail, phone or Instagram and must sign and return any required Affidavit of Eligibility and Release within 14 days of the date notice is sent or such other date set by Sponsor. Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of prize and Sponsor shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. All income taxes resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of winner. By entering this sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters. By entering this sweepstakes entrants waive all right to, and hold harmless the Promotion Parties from any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Acceptance of a prize also constitutes permission to the Promotion Parties to use winner’s name, and likeness, and biographical information for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. Promotion Parties will not be responsible for: lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible, incomplete, incorrect, or postage due entries; lost, late, or misdirected prize notices; or any typographical, or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes, or announcement of the prizes. In the event of any such error, Sponsor reserves the right to request that the Sponsor cancel or modify this sweepstakes in a manner deemed appropriate by the Sponsor, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. All federal and state laws apply.
PRIZES: Total prize value of all weekly and grand prizes is at least $5,000. Prize consists of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted by winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All prizes will be awarded. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded.

CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Colorado, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Denver, Colorado.
